How to order online

Imagine a store that is open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, with a multitude of safe payment options and a wide variety of local and international brands to choose from! All this in the comfort of your home!

Step One: Browse the TOP DRIP SUPPLY website using the main menu or search for an item using the search bar.

We also have various filtering options such as brand, size, price range or colour – to make it easier to find the product(s) you're looking for.

Step Two: When you have found the item(s) you would like to purchase, select the size and click Add to cart. 

If you would like to order more than one item click on Continue shopping.

Step Three: When you are happy with the items you ordered, click on View
cart and Checkout or click on Cart in the top right corner of the screen.

It will show you all the items you selected. Click on Checkout once you are ready to place your order.

Step Four: Checkout

At the checkout page, you will be requested to complete the below details:

  1. Personal information
  2. Select your Shipping method and input your shipping address
    1. Delivery to home or work address
  3. Select your payment method
    1. Debit card
    2. Credit card
    3. Instant EFT
  4. Review your details and order
  5. Confirm and place order
Note: We do not store your payment information and use our partnerships with Yoco the biggest and most widely used payment processors in South Africa.

 

Step Five:  Await your order

Order number will be sent immediately via email once your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Delivery takes between 5 – 7 working days depending on delivery option selected. 

Delivery option include:

1. Aramex courier service 

2. Paxi courier service

3. Uber available only in 30km radius of Johannesburg 

We will send you emails and SMSs when your order is on it's way.
